Two guys, one big idea, zero tolerance for mediocrity.
In 2014, Tomas Netusil and Michal Vorac got tired of watching good ideas get buried under bad processes. So they started NETVOR — a portmanteau of their surnames, and also, as it happens, Czech slang for a mischievous creature. Fitting.
The premise was simple: hire brilliant people, give them autonomy, be honest with clients, and build software that actually solves problems. No bloated project management. No hierarchy for hierarchy's sake. No buzzword-stuffed proposals.
A decade later, that little experiment has turned into a 25+ person team with a 94% client retention rate and a Clutch score of 4.9/5. Not bad for a couple of mischievous creatures from Prague.

The "Net" in NETVOR. Product thinker, delivery obsessive, and the guy who'll tell you your feature idea is wrong — but in the nicest possible way.
Michal Voráč
The "Vor" in NETVOR. Cares deeply about architecture, code quality, and proving that PHP can still be cool in 2024 (he's winning that argument).

Questions we actually get asked.
Typically 3–7 people per project: a product manager, 2–4 developers, a designer, and a QA engineer. We scale up or down based on your needs. No bloat, no bench-warming.
Both. We've taken startups from napkin sketch to funded product, and we've modernized enterprise systems that were held together with duct tape and prayers. What matters is a good problem to solve.
We're flexible. Fixed-scope for well-defined projects, T&M for evolving products, or a dedicated team model for long-term partnerships. Most of our clients start with one and switch to another — because their product grows and so do we.
Honest communication, consistent delivery, and we actually care. Also, once clients see how we work — direct access to engineers, no corporate middlemen, real accountability — they don't want to go back. We may have ruined them for other agencies. We're fine with that.
